  • The whole vehicle will cover 2 years warranty.
  • After-sales service method: For any parts included in the scope of after-sales service, we will send original spare parts.
  • Any product version differences due to different production batches will not be included in the scope of after-sales service.

The following conditions are notcovered by the warranty:

  1. Man-made damage, self-modification, collision damage of spare parts, etc.
  2. Tire puncture by sharp objects.
  3. Water damage of the battery, motor and controller.

  • EU/USA warehouse stock will take expected 4-7 days to arrive.
  • Chinese warehouse stock will take expected 45-50 days to arrive.
  • All shipping methods have included tax, VAT, custom fees.(all fees included in the total price)

Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your order at any time before your order ships and receive a full refund.
  • You can ask for a return in 14 days after sign for the goods, but make sure you didn't open the box.When signing for the goods, please indicate on the receipt form that you need to return the goods or if there are any problems with the goods.
    If we do not see these on the receipt, we will deny your return request.
  • If your order encounters a shipping delay of more than 60 days（ship from China）, you can contact our customer service and request a refund.
  • Except for quality problems with motors and batteries, return service will not be included for other products with quality problems.
  • We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service before refunding, and we will take appropriate actions. Please try not to use chargeback, as this will have a serious impact on our payment system. And chargeback is likely to consume 3-6 months of waiting time.
